Fifteenth (Cox's Bazar)

Assalamualaikum,

Cox's Bazar is a seaside town, a fishing port and district headquarters in Bangladesh. It is known for its wide and long sandy beach, which is considered by many as the world's longest natural sandy beach. The beach in Cox's Bazar in an unbroken sandy beach with a gentle slope. It is located 150 km south of the industrial port, Chittagong. Cox's Bazar also known by the name Panowa which in literal translation means "yellow flower".

The name of this beach are taken from the name of Captain Hiram Cox who was an officer that served for a British East India Company on 1790. This beach can be reached by only a few transportation because this beach is lack of publicity. This beach also does not have any hotel chain and that was the reason it is not so popular among tourist.

But in 2013, this beach has become the most visited place in Bangladesh because a few developers have come to this beach and make a development. This place someday will be a major international tourist destination.

 I AM TOURISM AMBASSADOR  :)
