The Cinque Terre is a rugged portion of coast on the Italian Riveria. It is the Liguria region of Italy, to the west of the city of La Spezia. Over the centuries, people have carefully built the terraces on the rugged, steep landscape right up to the cliffs that overlook the sea. Part of its charm is the lack of visible corporate development.
There is only a few of transport can be used to come to this place which is trains and boats. There is paths but car cannot be reached to this place. Cinque Terre were started at Monterosso and Vernazza and few more villages grew later. Cinque Terre are very popular among the tourist around the world.
There is 5 city or places that form as Cinque Terre. The five villages is Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore.
